Fix#1 Check Network Connection

Google Drive is a cloud storage platform; you need a good and stable internet connection to access the files.

If you are having any issues with your network connection, then you won’t be able to download the file on your device. So, it’s better to check the network connection on your device first.

On Windows:

Step 1: First, open settings; you can search for settings on the search bar or directly Right-click the Windows icon>Settings.

Fix#2 Unblock Third-party Cookies

Another possible reason for not downloading from google drive is you disabled third-party cookies. You can enable the cookies and try downloading the files again; the steps to do that are as follows:

Step 1: First, paste the link chrome://settings/cookies on your chrome browser’s search tab and press enter.

These are the steps to update your chrome browser:

Step 1: On the top-right corner of Google Chrome, click the three vertical dots.

Step 2: Select Help from the options.
